摘    要:CO2气体保护焊是广泛应用在生产中的焊接方法,但因为焊接时飞溅过大影响了焊接质量.设计了2套飞溅收集方案,第1种方案是采用无限平板法进行收集,第2种方案是采用封闭法进行收集.通过对CO2气保焊飞溅的收集与测量,结果表明,在相同的焊接条件下,平板法飞溅收集方案所得的飞溅率小于封闭法所得的飞溅率,其原因是敞开的工作台上,飞溅颗粒的运动造成部分飞溅颗粒遗失而使所得飞溅率偏低,测量精度有所下降;封闭法的收集装置能使飞溅颗粒的收集遗漏率降低,测量精度提高,所得飞溅率较无限平板法高.

Abstract:CO2 gas shielded arc welding is widely used in production,but the spatter produced in the weld process badly affects the quality of weld.So that two sets of spatter collection scheme were designed.The first scheme collected spatter using infinite flat band method and the second scheme collected spatter using sealed method.Having adopted the first and second scheme to collect and measure the spatter,the result show that the spatter ratio of flat band method is lower than sealed method under the same weld condition.The reason is that the flat band method is open workbench and the movement of spatter granule lead to the loss of spatter granule,so the spatter ratio of flat band method is a little lower and the measure precision declined.Whereas the sealed method could decrease the loss of spatter granule and increase the measure precision,and the spatter ratio of sealed method is higher than infinite flat band method.
