| 摘 要： | 在分析国有大型集团公司投融资管理普遍存在的问题的基础上,通过分析与投融资管理的关系,论述了国有大型集团公司股权关系重构的必要性和股权关系重构目标,并以某大型集团有限公司为例,分析了国有大型集团公司股权关系重构、规范投融资管理体制的途径。

| Abstract: | Based on the analysis on the common problems in the investment and financing management of the state-owned mega groups, this paper discusses on the necessity and goals of the re-organization of the share-right relationship of the state-owned mega groups, and gives an example of a state-owned mega group for analyzing the re-organization of the re-organization of the share-right relationship and the standardization of the investment and financing management of the state-owned mega groups. |
