| 摘 要： | 本文报道了以人工手段孵化麦龙虾受精卵和培养仔虾的实验的方法和结果。实验证明受精卵经10ppm 的孔雀绿溶液处理后在自制的孵化瓶内用经紫外净水器处理过的循环水进行孵化效果最好;市售的霍伊思鱼卵孵化器不适于孵化麦龙虾卵,但可用来批量培养三龄以后的仔虾。

| Abstract: | This paper deals with the methods and results of artificial incubation of eggs and nursing ofjuveniles of Marron(Cherax tenuimanus).Eggs stripped from the abdomen of berried females and treatedwith Malachite Green Solution are incubated in plastic bottles and Heuth Incubators.Air pumps areused to increase oxygen in bottle 1,2,3 and a water pomp and an UV Water Treater are used to makewater circulating in bottle 4,5,6,7 and Heuth Incubator.It is demonstrated that the incubation of eggstreated with 10 ppm Malachite Green Solution for 5 minuets in bottles with circulating water resultsbest.The results also suggested that Heuth Incubator are not suitable for incubation of eggs of Marron,but can be used to nurse 3rd stage juveniles. |
