| 摘 要： | 分析了空间曲面电火花线切割加工的运动规律,建立了电火花线切割多轴加工系统运动的数学模型,讨论了齿轮的数学处理方法,研究了利用OpenGL实现仿真过程中的几个关键问题,同时编制了齿轮加工过程的图形仿真程序,获得了较理想的仿真结果,并对仿真结果进行了应用分析.

| Abstract: | The basic idea of machining process simulation of multi - axes system of WEDM is introduced. The mathematical models are established for simulating the motion of multi - axes system WEDM and the gear mathematical process method is discussed. At the same time, this paper studies several key questions with OpenGL to realize simulation process. A large amount of picture simulation programs of machining gear process are written, excellent results of simulation are obtained and application analysis is made on the simulated results. |
