HTV船型浮阀塔板的流体力学及传质性能研究

摘    要:HTV船型浮阀塔板是我国自行开发的一种新型浮阀板。在实验室模型上进行了流体力学和传质性能试验。试验结果表明,HTV塔板保持了F_1型浮阀塔板结构简单等优点,但其雾沫夹带量和泄漏量小,氧气解吸效率和氨气吸收效率均较F_1板高出约5%。因此,该塔板可推广应用于工业实际中。

Abstract:HTV tray is a new type of valve tray developed by our country. Hydraulic and mass transfer behaviour of HTV tray were studied with simulated units in laboratory. The experimental results indicate that the construc-ture of HTV tray is as simple as F1 tray. It possesses less entrainment and leakage than F1 tray, and mass transfer efficiency has increased by 5%. It can be recommended in large-scale commercial towers.
