多孔不均匀性金属混合物的传热研究

摘    要:提出在一维导热模型下,利用平板比较法同时测定多孔不均匀性金属混合物的等效导热系数和导温系数的方法,并通过常功率平面热源法给予了验证。同时为结构复杂、固体物料分布无规律、孔隙形状无规则的多孔物质的热物性研究提供了思路和方法,使通常只用于测定绝缘材料热物性的方法得到了拓展。

Abstract:This paper reveals the experimental results in measuring the equivalent thermal conductivity and the thermal diffusivity of the porous and inhomogeneous metal mixtures after the one dimension conduction model. It presents an approach to the thermophysics study of such a kind of metal mixtures with sophisticated structures and irregularly dispersed solid particles and irregularly shaped pores. It also advances a theory as well as a method for the simultaneous measurement of the thermal conductivity and diffusivity by means of the plate comparison method. Both the theory and the method have been verified by the plane heat source method with constant heat rate and have thus proved to be applicable for measuring both dielectric and metal materials.
