摘    要:采用线切割方法设计了音圈电机结构.应用挠曲线近似微分方程,推导了线切割结构的载荷与位移关系,并给出了由于微分近似导致的误差.应用电感传感器和D/A功放电路测试了电机静动态特性.应用阶跃响应法导出电机传递函数的模型参数。

Abstract:The structure of a volume coil motor is designed by line cutting. The relation between load and displacement is deduced by approximately differential equation of flexural curve and the error resulted from this estimation is given out. The static and dynamic characteristics are tested recurring to inductance sensor and power magnifying of D/A output. The transfer function is resolved by step response.
