| 摘 要： | “终身体育”是适应当前推广终身教育理念以及未来社会发展需要的我国高校体育教学改革的主导思想，它的重点在于强调被“增强体质”、“技术教育”思想所忽视的体育精神、能力、习惯、意识、兴趣的持续培养，学校体育应谊成为终身体育新的战略重点．学生特别是高等学校的毕业生，面临从学校教育到社会就业的转变，也就是说未来从学校体育到终身体育的转变主要是在这一部分人中实现的．

| Abstract: | The lifelong physical education suited to the lifelong education is the guiding idea of college physical education reformation in the need of the development of future society in China.It focuses on the continues cultivation of physical spirit,ability,habit,consciousness and interest,which is ignored by those ideas like "build up health"and"skill training".School physical education should be a new strategic keystone of lifelong physical education.Students especially graduates of high schools are facing the change from school education to social employment;in other words,in the future the change from school physical education to lifelong physical education will be achieved mainly in this group of people. |
