氟碳铈矿稀土萃取分离新流程的研究

摘    要:根据氟碳铈矿稀土组成的特点和市场可预测的稀土产品结构 ,应用串级萃取理论优化设计氟碳铈矿P50 7_HCl体系萃取分离流程。对 4种萃取分离流程的萃取槽级数与体积、有机相与稀土存槽量、盐酸与液氨消耗量进行比较和分析 ,获得新的优化的氟碳铈矿稀土萃取分离流程

Abstract:According to the composition of bastnasite and the constitution of products in the rare earth market,a new separation process for bastnasite by solvent extraction in P 507-HCl system was presented.The technical parameters,such as phase ratios,volume of mixer-setter,investment of extractant and rare earths,consumption of chemicals of the process,was calculated by the theory of countercurrent extraction. By the analysis and comparison of economical and technical indices among four processes,the new process was proved as an optimum process for bastnasite.
