餐厨垃圾发酵高温产甲烷菌种的驯化方法研究

摘    要:通过对兰州地区收集的餐厨垃圾进行预处理,结合甘肃省科学院生物研究所保存的产甲烷菌群,采用分组厌氧发酵实验,对其沼气产生量进行观察分析,逐步驯化得到耐受55~57℃的高温产甲烷菌群,由此探索出一套餐厨垃圾发酵高温产甲烷菌种的驯化方法,并研究了发酵原料初始酸碱度和菌液接种量对沼气产气量的影响,确定其最适酸碱度为7.0,菌液最佳接种量为25%.

Abstract:Based on the pretreatment of food waste collected in Lanzhou and combined with existing methanogenic bacteria group preserved, anaerobic fermentation experiments were conducted to observe and analyze the production quantity of biogas, gradually domesticate and obtain methanogenic bacteria that were resistant to temperatures of 55~57℃ ,from which a set of methods for acclimating food waste high-temperature fermentation methanogenic bacteria. The influence of initial pH and bacteria liquid vaccination volume on the production quantity of methane was researched,and the optimum pH value was 7.0,and the optimum bacteria liquid vaccination volume was 25%.
