摘    要:在氢氧化钠溶液中以氯化四丁基铵为相转移催化剂,制备了对氨基苯甲酸苄酯,应用正交实验设计,研究了反应时间,氢氧化钠溶液浓度和原料配比等因素对反应收率的影响,在优选条件下收这90%以上,纯度为98%以上。

Abstract:Benzyl p amino benzoate was prepared by liquid liquid phase transfer catalysis. By using of orthogonal experiment, the effect of reaction time, concentration of NaOH solution and proportion of raw materials on yield were studied, and the results shows that the concentration of NaOH solution was the most important factor. The yield of p amino benzyl benzoate under the optimum condition was above 90 percent, and the purity of that was above 98 percent.
