| 摘 要： | 本文从香农－维纳（Ｓｈａｎｎｏｎ－Ｗｉｅｎｅｒ）公式推导出一般测不准原理,海森伯（Ｈｅｉｓｅｎｂｅｒｇ）测不准原理是一般测不准原理的特殊情况．从一般测不准原理得到质量与信息的关系式,以及能量与信息的关系式。在一般测不准原理的基础上,本文还提出“信息量子”、“信息寿命”、“信息长度”的新概念和新公式,进而分析了引力波的“信息量子”及探测引力波困难的原因．
