摘    要:应用制冷系统热动力学方法详细分析了全封闭式涡旋压缩机压缩腔的能量传递机制 ,同时对作为热容环节的壳体的温度分布以及它与制冷剂、周围环境的热传递做了分析 .进而建立起用于制冷系统仿真研究及优化设计的以 R2 2为制冷剂的全封闭涡旋压缩机动态数学模型 ,同时也适用于以 R134a和 R6 0 0 a等新替代工质作为制冷剂的制冷系统

Abstract:The mechanism of heat transfer in the compression chamber of the hermetic scroll compressor is analyzed in detail based on the thermodynamic method of refrigeration systems. And at the same time, the temperature distribution in the casing as a thermal capacitor and the heat transfer among the casing, the Freon, and the surroundings are also analyzed. Then a mathematical model of refrigeration systems used for its dynamic simulation and optimization is developed with R22 as its refrigerant, which is also applicable when R134a and R600a are used as alternate refrigerants.
