摘    要:为了分析介质阻挡放电(DBD)中表面性质改变对气体放电的影响,实验研究了大气压介质阻挡放电介质表面覆盖或不覆盖金属膜时的放电特性,观测了放电丝时空演化行为. 结果表明,未覆盖金属膜的DBD是典型的丝状放电,而覆盖金属膜后DBD放电丝数目锐减而且随时间缓慢游动. 金属膜使介质表面等电位化,电荷表面自由移动使得放电空间只存在少数的放电丝;空间电场梯度减小以及局域热作用导致的自禁止效应使得放电丝在空间中连续随机运动.

Abstract:Analyzes the influences to gas discharge according to changes in the surface property in dielectric barrier discharge(DBD). The discharge characteristics of DBD in atmosphere is investigated experimentally whether the dielectric surface is covered with a metallic film. The spatio-temporal behavior of the discharge filament was recorded. The results showed that the DBD changes from a typical filamentary mode to a discharge with very few number of filament which moves slowly in the gap with time. The metallic film makes the dielectric an equipotential surface and it is possible for surface charge to move so that just a few discharge filaments exist in the discharge area. The reduced spatial electric field grads and the self-avoiding effect resulting from the localized heating make the discharge filaments move continuously and randomly.
