摘    要:针对宁夏农村基础设施建设中由于技术选择不当而导致的大量设备设施闲置问题,研究适合村级单位进行技术初选的适用技术评价方法。根据宁夏农村地区实际情况,选取21个能够客观、全面、真实反映宁夏农村基础设施建设技术适用性的指标,采用结构熵权法确定指标的权重,建立基于可拓学方法的宁夏农村基础设施建设适用技术评价模型,并以宁夏吴忠市利通区某村污水处理技术的选择为例进行案例分析。案例分析的结果与该村实际情况一致,表明所建立的评价模型真实有效,可以为宁夏农村基础设施建设技术选择提供科学依据。

Abstract:An evaluation method is studied for village department to carry out appropriate technologies of rural infrastructure construction in Ningxia to solve the problem that plenty of equipment is idle due to inappropriate technology. According to the actual situation of rural areas in Ningxia, an evaluation model based on the extension method is established to evaluate appropriate technology of rural infrastructure construction with 21 indicators which can reflect the applicability of technology objectively ,comprehensively and realistic, and uses the structural entropy method to determine the weight of indicators, and take a case study on the selection of sewage treatment technology in a village in Litong District, Wuzhong City, Ningxia. The result is consistent with the actual situation, indicating that the evaluation model is true and effective, which can provide scientific basis for the selection of infrastructure construction technologies in Ningxia.
