摘    要:以活性炭负载硫酸作为一种新型、便宜且有效的环境友好固体催化剂,催化合成了橙花素.考察了反应时间、无水乙醇用量、催化剂用量对合成工艺的影响,确定了最佳反应条件为n(β-萘酚)∶n(无水乙醇)=1∶8,催化剂用量1.2 g,反应时间5 h,反应温度80℃.在此条件下,橙花素产率为91.8%.

Abstract:Nerolin bromelia was synthesized in the presence of a new environmentally friendly catalyst H2SO4/carbon.The influences of catalyst's dosage,ethanol consumption,and the reaction time on the yield of product have been investigated.Get the optimal reaction conditions as follows: n(β-naphthol)∶n(ethanol)=1∶8,amount of catalyst is 1.2 g,reaction time is 5 h and the temperature is 80 ℃.Under the optimal reaction condition,a 91.8% yield of nerolin bromelia were obtained.
