| Abstract: | This paper briefly discusses new opportunities for development facing China's building market, analyzes the favorable and unfavorable factors affecting the domestic building industry and the prospects for its entry into the world market after China's accession to the WTO. This paper also offers proposals concerning the strategy to be taken to deal with the situation as well as the government's policy guidance. |
