基于系统分析的控制系统故障树自动生成

摘    要:提出一种基于系统分析的故障树自动生成方法。首先,建立描述元部件因果模型及控制回路因果模型的数据库。然后,利用控制系统流程图和邻接矩阵确定系统中独立元部件、控制回路以及系统外界不可控扰动的直接关系,确定系统故障树的结构模型。最后,通过搜索相关数据库,调用相应的因果模型,自动生成系统故障树。结合一个具体算例验证了该方法的有效性和可行性。

Abstract:A methodology of automatic fault tree synthesis is proposed in this paper.It is based on system analysis.In this algorithm,the database describing cause-and-effect models for control loops and components is built first.Then flow chart and adjacency matrix are employed to determine the direct relationship between absolute components,control loops,and uncontrollable disturbances from the outside.Through that,the frame model for fault tree is determined.By searching the database for corresponding cause-and-effect models,fault tree for the system is synthesized automatically.An example is provided to prove the validity and feasibility of the algorithm.
