| 摘 要： | 罗丹明 B和丁基罗丹明 B的固体表面室温磷光 p H范围、光照稳定性 ,实验方法的精密度以及线性范围和检出限等都需要进行细致的研究 .实验结果表明 :罗丹明 B和丁基罗丹明B的 p H范围分别为 1 .90 ,2 .40 ,1 .75～ 3.50 ;光照稳定时间均为 3min;RSD分别为 5.1 9%、2 .63% ;线性范围分别为 (0 .9ng～ 956.0 6ng) /斑点 ,(1 0 ng～ 2 1 4.2 4 ng) /斑点 ;检出限分别为0 .0 0 4 4 ng/斑点 ,0 .0 4 8ng/斑点

| Abstract: | The searches on the pH ranges of SS RTP of rhodamine B and butylrhodamine B, the stability of light, the fineness of experimental method, the linear range and detection limit showed that: the pH ranges of rhodamine B and butyl rhodamine B are 1.90~2.40, 1.75~3.50 respectively; the time of light stability are all 3 min; the finenesses are 5.19, 2.63; the linear ranges are 10.9ng~956.06ng/spot, 10ng~2141.24ng/spot; and the detection limits are 0.004ng/spot, 0.048ng/spot respectively. |
