我国中小企业融资问题探讨

中小企业在我国的经济格局中占有非常重要的地位，但是在融资方面却存在不少问题，其中既有企业、自身的原因，也与国家的金融体制、政府政策不合理和社会中介担保机构不健全有关。因此，企业应该对融资的方方面面进行通盘考虑，政府应该出台切实帮助中小企业解决融资难的政策，社会应该发展中介担保机构。

On the Problems with the Financing of Middle and Small Enterprises

Middle and small enterprises occupy a very important position in China＇s economic pattern, but they have some problems with their financing. These problems are caused by the enterprises themselves and also by the economic system of the country, the unreasonable policies of the govemment and unsound guarantee and medium organizations. Thus, the enterprises should take into consideration all the possibilities, the government should produce some favorable policies to help those enterprises in trouble and the society should devdop guarantee and medium organizations.
