氢氧化钠/聚丙烯酸钠固体碱的合成及其催化酯交换反应性能

摘    要:采用原位聚合担载的方法制备了聚丙烯酸钠担载 NaOH 的氢氧化钠/聚丙烯酸钠(NaOH/NaPAA)固体碱催化剂,研究了固体碱催化剂的吸水性、保水性和碱性,并考察了其催化橄榄油与甲醇的酯交换反应催化活性和耐水性。结果表明,NaOH 担载量对 NaOH/NaPAA 固体碱催化剂的吸水倍率影响明显,随着 NaOH 担载量增加,吸水倍率呈先上升后降低的趋势;担载量为7.5 mmol时,吸水倍率呈现最大值,且具有良好的保水性能;碱量随 NaOH 担载量的增加而增大,碱强度达15.0 - < 18.4;催化橄榄油与甲醇酯交换反应,NaOH/NaPAA 固体碱催化剂显示了高酯交换活性和耐水性;在反应温度为 60 ℃、醇油物质的量比为 6:1、催化剂质量分数为 3 %、反应时间为 2h 的条件下,对于不含水的原料油,甲酯产率达到 96.10 %,原料油含水量增大到2% 时,甲酯产率仍可达到 87.26%。

Abstract:NaOH/poly(sodium acrylate)(NaOH/NaPAA) solid base catalysts have been prepared by in situ polymerization of acrylic acid with excess of NaOH.The effect of water absorbency,water holding capacity,base strength and basicity of NaOH/NaPAA catalysts on their activities for the transesterification of olive oil with methanol was investigated.The results showed that the water absorbency of NaOH/NaPAA increased as the NaOH loading increased from 0 to 7.5mmol and decreased with further increases in NaOH loading,and the NaOH/NaPAA sample with an NaOH loading of 7.5mmol had good water retention properties.The base strengths of the NaOH/NaPAA samples were in the range 15.0
