| 摘 要： | 通过对高等院校实验机房国有资产管理中出现的"重视购置,轻视管理"的现象进行分析,论述了国有资产管理的内容、作用、管理者职责,探讨了国有资产管理者对国有资产管理中出现的问题与管理,并通过考察各个高校的机房业余开放的情况提出自己的一些看法.

With the review that many colleges and unioersities'laboratory being open to students in spare time, the writers puts forward their own opinions. |
