| 摘 要： | 明确提出XML带来了数据模型设计从关系导向到实体导向的转变，分析了XML数据模型与关系数据模型的联系与区别，指出前者具有减少结构性冗余、灵活表达元组间的并列、包含、嵌套等关系的优点．同时，提出了一种XML的一般数据模型，包括描述实体的索引模型、嵌套模型和描述关系的链接模型．以客户服务系统为例说明了模型的实现，并检验了节省的空间开销率和时间开销率．

| Abstract: | The changes from relation-led to entity-led caused by XML in data modeling were emphasized. The relationship and differences between XML and relation data models were analyzed, and the advantages of XML data model, including reducing the structural redundancy and describing the paratactic, inclusive and nested structure, were pointed out. The general data model of XML was studied, including the index-model, nesting-model and link-model to describe different types of entities. The XML data model of customer service system was analyzed by a practical example, and the space saving rate and time saving one were also calculated to verify the validity. |
