摘 要: | 赤霉素在体积分数为70%乙醇溶液中,98%(质量分数)硫酸作用生成的产物在412nm波长处具有最大的吸收峰;在0-200mg/L浓度范围内,赤霉素浓度与其吸光度值呈线性关系,其相关系数大于0.990;与荧光分光光度法和紫外光分光光度法对照,本方法的可信度在99%以上。

A Spectrophotometric Method for the Determination of Gibberellin |

Abstract: | The solution of gibberellin in 70% ethanol reacting chemically with 98% H 2SO 4 has maximal absorbency at the wavelength of 412nm. The concentration of gibberellin is linear with its A 412 ranging from zero to 200 mg/L, and the relation coefficient is more than 0.990. Compared with that of ultraviolet spectrophotometry, the credity of this method is above 99%. |
