| 摘 要： | 韩非子用人观的基本内容主要是组织应该如何选拔人才、使用人才、考核人才等。从现代人力资源管理的角度来看,韩非子用人观存在明显的局限性,但对现代人力资源管理来说不乏有益的启示与借鉴作用。
