| 摘 要： | 阐述圆管流点速流量计的设计原理，通过精度分析选定测量点，应用实验资料进行回归分析，导出圆管流断面平均速度与最大速度的换算公式，为点速流量计的设计，生产及实际计算提供依据。

| Abstract: | The design principle of Discharge Meter by selecing the measurment point using precision analysis is expounded.The conversion formulas are developed between the average velocity of cross section and the maximun velocity by carrying out regression analysis using experiment material,which provides bases for the design,production and practical calculation of Discbarge Meter by measuring point velocity. |
