| 摘 要： | 高职院校面临的形势要求其加强干部培训。模块化培训在高职院校干部培训中具有应用意义。具体实施中,可设计政治素质、职业教育理论与应用、管理能力等共性模块,以及业务能力、职业发展等个性模快,同时要协调处理好应用中的相关问题。

| Abstract: | It is required that cadre training at higher vocational college should be strengthened according to the new situation.Application of the modular training mode in cadre training at higher vocational college is of great significance.In specific implementation,personalized modules can be designed in terms of the quality of political theory of education,occupation,management ability,professional ability,occupation development.Meanwhile,relevant problems should be coped with properly in the applicatrun. |
