参与式教学理论在法学课程教学中的应用——以诉讼法学相关课程教学为例

摘    要:在诉讼法学相关课程教学中,运用参与式教学理论,通过创新参与形式、追踪社会热点、组织课堂讨论、组织模拟法庭等方式,实现教师教学的主导性与学生学习主体性的有机融合。而在如何克服学生"搭便车"现象,满足正规参与式教学所应具备的要求等方面,还有待于进一步的探索。

Abstract:In the teaching process of litigation courses,application of participatory instructional theory can stimulate and strengthen students' interest in participating in class learning by innovating the forms of participation,following social focus,organizing classroom discussion and court simulation.Further exploreation is need cmcemop how to overcome student's "free-riding" phenomenon to meet the teaching requirements of formal participation.
