浅议可持续旅游面临的挑战

随着人们对旅游消极影响认识的加深，“可持续旅游”的概念应运而生。本文从五个方面提出实现可持续旅游面临的挑战：第一，如何确定“旅游承载力”；第二，如何确定和衡量旅游的代际影响；第三，如何界定旅游目的地的环境；第四，旅游业作为一个产业的外部属性问题；第五，旅游业可能会成为发达国家对发展中国家进行新殖民主义的一种形式。同时，本文试探性地提出了应对这些挑战的方法。

On challenge of sustainable tourism

With deeper understanding of the nagative impacts of tourism,the concept of"sustainable tourism"was put forward.This ar- ticle analyses the substance of it and raises five ehatlenges for its realization:the question of evaluating tourism carrying capacity;the question of intergenerational impaets;the determination of the meaning of"environment";the aspect of tourism as an industry and finaly the potential for"neocolonialism".It's argued that sustainable tourism should be put in a wider framework and examined in the eontext of the local community as well as a global perspective.
