摘    要:综述各种钢快速渗氮技术的研究进展,分析了渗氯工艺参数优化、稀土催渗与表面处理三方面对渗氮层深度的影响及快渗的原理。

Abstract:As a pollution-free and energy-saving technique, rapid nitriding can not only improve the quality of nitriding-workpiece but also reduce the cost of gear processing. The latest researches on rapid nitriding of steel are described, and the principle of accelerated permeance analyzed. The influences of three factors, i.e. opti- mization of process parameters, rare-earth catalyzing, and surface treatment, on nitriding are discussed.
