摘    要:针对框架-核心筒并设置加强层结构的特点,提出变刚度加强层的结构形式,并对设置等刚度加强层和变刚度加强层2种伸臂形式的结构进行弹性地震反应分析及静力弹塑性分析,对设置加强层结构的侧移、主要受力构件内力、结构塑性铰出现的位置和次序进行了分析。结果表明,变刚度加强层可以缓解高层建筑设置加强层后产生刚度突变带来的一些问题,并可以保证结构在罕遇地震下,加强层首先屈服,即满足"强筒体弱伸臂"的抗震设计要求。

Abstract:Based on the characteristics of frame-tube structures, a type of the structure with non - contant rigid outrigger is presented in this paper. The spectrum analysis and static push-over analysis are conducted for frame-tube structures with constant and non-constant rigid outrigger. The research is mainly about drifts of the contruction, the internal force of the main members, the plastic hinge oc- currence sequence and position of the structures. The results indicate that the structure with non-con- stant rigid outrigger is effective in avoiding the mutation of vertical stiffness and non-constant rigid outrigger yield simultaneously, which can guarantee the safety of the structure under rare earthquake and meet the requirements of seismic design.
