摘    要:地价监测点配置关系到城市地价水平的真实反映,影响到我国城市地价监测体系的系统性和规范性,对完善土地市场起着重要的作用,运用MAPGIS平台,通过空间内插的方法建立数字地价模型,并结合市场比较法的监测点地价更新、TIN数字地价模型更新等几个方面来确定城市地价监测点的定量配置和空间定位,建立地价监测点配置方案。

Abstract:The disposition of land price monitoring points is in relation to the configuration of truly reflect the level of urban land price in our country,and has an effect in the monitoring system of urban land systematic and perfect in our country,still plays an important role in improving our country’s land market.So research on the price monitoring stations has a strong configuration of theoretical and practical significance.Combined with the market comparison monitoring stations,TIN digital land price update model updating several aspects,such as urban land price monitoring stations to determine the quantitative allocation and spatial orientation,establish the land price monitoring scheme.The land price monitoring points to configure the new method can provide theoretical reference for the current land price monitoring system to establish more effective.
