板形最优综合控制算法

摘    要:对CLECIM带钢冷连轧机板形自动控制(AutomaticFlatnessControl,简称AFC)系统进行了深入的研究.给出板形目标曲线、评价板形的性能指标函数及综合AFC系统的结构,推导出最优综合控制算法.该算法的优越性在于:充分利用输入信息,全面考虑多个执行机构对轧件各个区域的作用,避免了各控制之间的相互影响,并易于在线实现.该AFC系统已在某四机架冷连轧机上实验运行,实验结果表明:投入该AFC系统,板形精度比手动控制平均提高75%

Abstract:The CLECIM AFC (Automatic Flatness Control) system of tandem cold mill has been closely studied. The authors have presented the objective curve of flatness,the index function of evaluating flatness performance,and the structure of the synthetical AFC system; They also have deduced the optimum algorithm of the synthetical control. The supperiority of the algorithm is:it fully uses the input information,takes into account the effect of every actuator on various zones of the rolling strip,refrains from the mutual influence among the actuators,and is easily carried on line. The AFC system has been put to trial in a 4 stand tandem cold mill,the results of the test show:the flatness precision increases by an everage of 75% when the AFC works than that by using controls manually.
