摘    要:在金属枝晶的单向凝固地固中引入具有相同基频的正弦波,三角波和方波振动,发现其对枝晶生长表形态的影响依次增强。结果分析表明,这与振动干扰频谱与固液界面的特征频域是否耦合及振动能量在该频域内的分布有关。由此可以说明振动对凝固影响的一些实际现象。

Abstract:Three types of vibrations of sinusoidal vibration,triangular wave and rectangle wave vi-bratons with the same basic frequencies are in treduced into the unid irectional solidification process ofmetallic dendrites.It si found that the abeve vibrations give stronger effect on dendritical growth mor-phologies in turn .This depends on whether or not the frequency of the vibraitonal disturbance falls within the characteristic frequency range of the S- L interface in responce to the vibrational distur-bance,and also depends on the distribution of vibrational enerey in the characteristric frequencyrange,The experimental results can be used to explain some practical influences of vibrations on solidi- fication.
