| Abstract: | Through analyzing on the reasons of the "Ericsson Event", this paper points out that speeding up the financial innovation is an necessary means to deal with the great invasions of the foreign capital banks, and probes into that the first imperative of speeding up the financial innovation is developing the intermediate business to promote the business structure innovation of commercial bank. |
