平面连杆机构综合动力平衡的探讨与应用

摘    要:本文探讨对平面连杆机构进行综合动力平衡的方法。通过合理选取连秆机构的平衡量,能部分地平衡机构振动力,从而使轴承动反力、振动力矩及输入力矩等动力参数都能得到改善。应用计算机能方便地获得使最大振动力减小到某一期望值时的一系列平衡量,进而应用图形显示 CAD 方法获得理想平衡量的设计范围,并选取较佳值。实例分析计算表明,这种综合动力平衡法比只考虑振动力的完全平衡法有很大的灵活性和实用性。

Abstract:The paper deals with the synthetical dynamic balancing of the plane linkage.The balancing amount of the linkage is chosen appropriately so that the shakingforce of the linkage can be balanced partialy,thus reducing the value of the pivotbearing force,the shaking moment and the input moment simutaneously.In order toreduce the maximal shaking force to a preselected value,a series of balance amountis obtained easily by the computer.Next,CAD method for diagram display is usedto get a design range of the ideal balance amount,and then the better value is,selected from the range.Finally,a practical example is also given.From the resultsof computation and analysis it can be seen that the synthetical dynamic balancingmethod is more flexible and practical than the full balancing method used to balancethe shaking force only.
