| 摘 要： | ISO9000质量管理体系是国际通用的质量管理标准。结合高校后勤管理工作的实际情况，指出了高校后勤管理引入ISO9000质量管理体系的必要性，着重论述了引入ISO9000质量管理体系的步骤以及应该注意到确定切实可行的质量方针、质量目标；质量管理体系应与本校实际情况相适应等问题。

| Abstract: | ISO9000 is a quality management system that is used comprehensively in the world. Based on the practice of logistics work at colleges and universities, the necessary of establishing the ISO9000 quality management system was pointed out. Some questions were discussed on emphasis,such as the steps of introducing ISO9000 quality management system; defining practicable quality guiding principle and quality goal;and the adaptability of quality management system to actual situation of our school,etc. |
