| 摘 要： | 美国次贷危机使全球商业银行都受到了巨大的冲击。本文初步考察了欧美和中国主要商业银行受美国次贷危机的影响程度,并解释其相差悬殊的原因,提出了中国银行业的发展应加快银行信贷资产证券化的步伐、建立完善的贷款保险制度和加强银行内外监管等对策。

| Abstract: | The mortgage subprime crisis has made a strong impact on the commercial banks all over the world.This article investigates the effects of the major commercial banks in Europe and America,as well as in China respectively,explains the reasons for the differences and puts forward some countermeasures such as accelerating banks' credit asset securitization,establishing a loan insurance system and strengthening internal and external to develop China's banking. |
