Abstract:In this article, the writer changes the theory of the wage system reform into the basis of the theory of the computer operation after they dealt with the wage system reform In the institutes in 1993. According to the technology of the data bage in computer and the mathematical method of taking the maximum. the writer has managed to change the theory into practical operation . which not only helps to finish the task of the wage system reform efficiently and correctly. but also provides those who are engaged in personnel . labor and capital matters with the thought of daily use of the computer software in the wage system reform: the computing method of taking the maximum.
