钢管混凝土柱加强环式节点的有限元分析

摘    要:利用有限元软件Ansys对钢管混凝土加强环式节点中受拉加强环板的应力应变分布情况及其主要影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:受拉加强环板在转角处存在着应力集中现象,但是通过化角的措施可以有效降低其影响。受拉加强环的受力状况类似一道偏心受拉的环形梁,加强环板的厚度和宽度是影响加强环承载力的主要因素。钢管壁在外力作用下能有效地参与环板受力,但是参与工作的范围有限。分析结果可为今后加强环式节点的设计提供重要的参考价值。

Abstract:Using ansys software, carry out finint element analysis on enforced loop joint of CFST, emphasize on distribution of stress and strain of enforced loop and effect factors on load. Trough F.E. analysis, there is stress concentration in corner of enforced loop plane, but that can be reduced by changing angle. Enforced loop is similar to ring beam on partial press. Thickness and width of loop plane can impact on load absorption of enforced loop. Steel tubular is also on load with enforced loop plane.But effective height of steel tubular is limited.Results of F.E. analysis are valuable methods for design of enforced loop.
