| 摘 要： | 通过高原隆起与李风形成时代的对应关系，西伯利亚高压和印度低压建立的必要条件，高原下垫面感热通量极值和呐季风环流中心的对应关系以及高原热力作用使高原季风能够在对流层中部建立等四个方面分析，说明青藏高原的存在，是我国季风形成的一个必要条件。

| Abstract: | Through the analysis of the following four aspects, the essay illustrates that theekistence of Qingzang plateau is the essential condition in fordring the monsoon in China.The four asPects are: the corresPOnding relationship between the plateau bulge and the timeof monsoo forrnation: the essential conditions of fondng the Siberia hight pressure and theIndia low presstire, the corresPonding relationship between the exteme value center of theplateau lowest part's heating sense Perception flux and the monsoon circulative center, thepossibity of fondng the plateau monsson in the center part of the troPsphere supPlied by theeffects of the plateau heating power. |
