转化气相色谱法测定车间空气中的甲醛

摘    要:采用气相色谱法规定车间空气中甲醇的含量。样品经分离柱分离后,用SP2308-1型转化炉~1]转化为甲醇,用氢焰离子化检测器检测。本法较其它方法~2~4]简便、快速、灵敏度高。甲醛检测限为7.5×10~(-4)/mL,线性范围1.5×10~(-3)~2.8×10~(-2)μg/mL,变异系数3.77%(n=10),回收率102.0%~104.0%.

Abstract:This writing adopts Gas Chromatography to Detendnation of the Formaldhydein Air. The Formaldehyde is changed into the Methanol by the Trasform Tube. Then wesurvy the height by FID and detendng the amotmts of the Formalehyde in the samPle bynormaliztion method. This method is simper. farster and senstivity than others. The limit ofdetection is 7. 5× 10μg /mL. Linear scope rangeS from 1. 5 ×10(-3)μg /mL to 4. 8 ×10-hμg/mL. The coefficient of varlation is 3. 77% (n=10). The recovery range is from102. 0% to 104. 0%.
