| Abstract: | This paper is on how to build up off -the -job workers file of their former technique and type of work in production with reference to the floating data bank of the educational system and the work units of personnel placement. A touchable chat between man and the machine is designed, based on the technique of multi-media and that of the visible processing, to provide the best information for all kinds of related ways to re -obtaining employment and re-education, according to the input of the job seekers different expectations. The data bank changes with the change in the market of sapply and demand and the requirement of consultation. By using the mode of spiral life, this design will get feedback amendment and perfection. |
