| 摘 要： | 阴阳黄理论自宋代提出之后,并未如以前的医史研究者所认为的 那样,顺利成为主流理论。比较张介宾(1563-1640年)和他前后的医家对阴阳 黄理论的贡献,可以得出结论:明末张介宾在阴阳黄理论发展、完善和传播中起 了关键性作用,他的工作是阴阳黄理论由不被重视转而成为黄疸主流理论的转 折点。

| Abstract: | After the theory of Yin-Yang jaundices was put forward in the Song Dynasty, it did not smoothly become the major one among jaundice theories, as what the scholars of the history of TCM had thought before. By comparing the contribution of Zhang Jiebin with that of the physicians before or after him, it can be concluded that Zhang Jiebin was the keyman in the development, perfection and spread of the theory of Yin- Yang jaundices, and his work was the turning point for the theory of Yin- Yang jaundices from being neglected to being the leading theory of jaundice. |
