Analysis on Different Natures of Chinese and Western Governmental Regulation and its Reconstruction

From the perspective of market failure,western governmental regulation considers that the governmental regulation of economy and society may overcome market shortcomings and increase social welfare.Releasing regulation is a reaction to the failure of governmental regulation.Our nation's governmental regulation is formed under the conditions of planned market and our releasing regulation is carried out on the context of the transformation of economic system.Thus,the reasons of our regulation's formation,the barriers of our releasing regulation and regulation reform are somewhat different from the western ones in nature.
