摘    要:通过溴化及Suzuki偶联等反应,合成了一种以螺二芴为核,以含阴离子基团的芴为臂的十字型水溶性共轭寡聚电解质(SFACOONa)在磷酸盐缓冲液(PBS)中有很好的水溶性和较高的相对量子效率(47%).由于该电解质含有共轭憎水基团,因此将其溶于水中会有自组装行为,透射电镜(TEM)及动态光散射(DLS)结果表明,该电解质溶于10 mM的PBS中会自组装成15 nm左右纳米粒子.MTT法测试结果表明,这些纳米粒子具有较低的细胞毒性,且很容易穿过细胞膜,因此可将其作为纳米载体应用于生物成像和其他的临床应用.

Abstract:A cross-shaped conjugated oligoelectrolyte with spiro-fluorene as the core and anionic fluorenes as arms is obtained through bromination and Suzuki coupling reactions.The oligoelectrolyte can dissolve in the PBS well and possess a relatively high quantum yield (47%) in water.Since the electrolyte contains the hydrophobic conjugated gene,it has the ability to self-assembly when dissolving in water.Results after the electron microscopy images and dynamic light scattering show that the oligoelectrolyte (SFACOONa) can form nanoparticles in 10 mM PBS with an average diameter of 15nm.MTT results show that these nanoparticles have low cytotoxicity and can penetrate into the cell easily.Thus,these nanoparticles can be used in bioimaging and other clinical applications.
