| 摘 要： | 利用参变量磨光样条降维方法，对钢丝绳检验数据插值，内插可以估计因缺少钢丝绳检验造成的数据损失，外推可以对钢丝绳检验数据趋势进行预测，为钢丝绳故障诊断仪在线估计钢丝绳剩余强度和剩余寿命提供理论和方法．

| Abstract: | he variation of folding points during the wire breaking process of a steel wire rope is analyzed.TMe rationality of the analysis of test data by spline function is discussed.A newdimension-reducing algorithm is proposed for the calculation of the parametric variable. It issimple and can be easily handled with a computer. The missing data can be estimated by in-terpolation and the tendency of the variation of test data can be predicted by extrapolation.The work will provide both a theoretical and a methodical basis for the on-line estimation ofthe residual strength and residual life time of the wire rope by the fault diagnosis device. |
