| 摘 要： | 为了保持供应链竞争优势，供应链管理应追求供应链中所有企业的共赢，但是个体企业又往往追求个体利益的最大化，因此，采用博弈论的思想对供应链企业间的合作交易状况进行了分析，得出了双方充分合作的均衡条件，并提出了一系列措施来保证这个条件的实现。

| Abstract: | All enterprises in supply chain should get their satisfaction if the supply chain wants to keep its advantage. But the single enterprise in the chain always seeks the maximization of its individual interest. This paper analyses the cooperation of these enterprises by game theory,then gets an equilibrium condition to assure the cooperation and presents a series of measures to satisfy the equilibrium. |
