| 摘 要： | 首次以对甲苯磺酰氯和肌醇为原料,合成了1,2,3,5-四对甲苯磺酸肌醇酯,讨论了多重因素对酯化反应收率的影响,并对其结构进行了确定.结果表明,获得1,2,3,5-四对甲苯磺酸肌醇酯的最佳的反应条件为:以10 ml吡啶为溶剂兼催化剂,对甲苯磺酰氯与肌醇的摩尔比为0.021 0∶0.005,反应时间为4 h,反应温度为0~10℃,收率可达49.7%.

| Abstract: | This paper deals with inositol tetra-tosylate synthesized from inositol and p-toluene sulfonylchloride in one step for the fist time.Factors influencing the yield of esterfication reaction were discussed.Under the optimal condition that the molar ratio of p-toluene sulfonylchloride is 0.021 0∶0.005,the volume of pyridine as solvent and catalyzer is 10 ml,the time of reaction is 4h,and temperature range of reaction is from 0 ℃ to 10 ℃,the highest yield ester can reach 49.7%.Its structure was confirmed by IR,~1 H NMR,MS and Elemental Analysis. |
