| 摘 要： | 提出用电感偶合等离子体原子发射光谱（ICP-AES）测定野玄参经干法、湿法处理中的微量元素。选用合适的分析线和ICP光谱的工作参数。对数据进行了统计处理和综合评估。相对标准偏差小于4％，回收率为90．0-99．4％。

| Abstract: | A method has been developed for determination of trace element in wild-figwort by using ICP- AES, The work condition and the optical analytical wavelength were selected. The data were evaluated and statistically processed. The RSD was found to be less than 4.0 %. Recoveries found by the standard addition method were in the range of 90.0-99.4 %. |
